A: A TC is a professional who manages the administrative details of a real estate transaction, from contract to closing. Our job is to act as your partner to keep everything organized and ensure all deadlines are met, so you can focus on your clients and growing your business.
A: Yes, for full services, Clow Coordination Services focuses on transactions only in Delaware. Limited services are available for Maryland and Pennsylvania.
A: Our services range from just a little bit of assistance with getting your contract submitted to compliance and your compensation set up with your Brokerage to full services that start at drafting contracts all the way to the settlement table. A: Oh, no—you’re not off the hook completely! Repair negotiations are part of what makes you the rockstar Agent you are. But don’t worry, we're here to make it as smooth as possible. We'll draft the addendum, manage the signature process, act as your sounding board, and answer questions from your client or the cooperating agent. You handle the back-and-forth negotiations; we'll handle the details. Deal?
A: Yes! We will place the order for Resale Documents, receive and organize them, get them out to the Client, and track the timelines all the way to the final DUCIOA Contingency Release. If there are questions or concerns, I will help by being the liaison between your Client and the Cooperating Agent.
A: Pricing depends on the level of service you need. We offer per-transaction fees, monthly retainer options, and customized packages. All fees are communicated prior to any work being completed, so you will never have any surprise fees! Contact us for a quote tailored to your business.
A: Payments can be made online via credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or bank transfer. We’ll send you an invoice with detailed online payment instructions.
A: Submit the request to us via the Request Services page by filling out a short form with the details. We handle everything from drafting agreements to scheduling inspections, tracking deadlines, and preparing documents for closing. We keep you, your Client, and any Collaborators updated every step of the way!
A: The process to is as simple as reviewing and signing our Agent Agreement. The Agent Agreement is a set of expectations for both the Agent and us. It also provides permissions for your TC to have access to your file and tools. Once you complete the Agent Agreement, you can start sending requests!
A: That you will follow the expectations and policies described in the Agreement. That is all. Signing the Agreement does NOT lock you into any amount of services. You can request services once in a while when you get busy, or you can request services for every transaction you have. We are here to be of service, not force you to use services you may not need on every transaction.
A: Absolutely! Clow Coordination Services is here to serve you, the Agent. If our services don’t align with your business model or meet your expectations, you can cancel the Agreement at any time with written notice. You’ll only be billed for any active transactions still in progress (prorated based on the transaction phase)—no hidden fees, no penalties. We’re here to reduce your stress, not add to it!
A: We typically begin within 24 hours of receiving the request. For urgent cases, contact us directly to discuss expedited service.
